Using videos in teaching and learning environment can motivates and engage learners and allow them to learn at their own pace and time. Meaning the learners can re-visit the lecture /watch (anytime and anywhere) if they are absent or during exam time for a revision.
When used in flipped classroom methodology video lectures will help in bringing out creativity from each learner. Videos not only help teachers to save time and energy as they save time spent on repetitive teaching but also help in creating / enhancing lectures for coming year classes. Not only just the lectures videos can be used to give personal feedback to learners on their work/assignments.
