Here is an amazing tool for teaching and training professionals, Presentation tube is a great free to use tool to create video presentations. 

This tool allows presenters to narrate and annotate PowerPoint slides. Teachers / presenters can create video lessons with annotations very easily. Very minimal tech knowledge is required and no additional effort other than slide creation. Video with slide thumbnails allow users / learners to go to respective slides. Once the presentation is prepared, teacher can record and share it online.While presenting slides, presenter can show a  online video/ website on any online resource, can write and demonstrate too! 

It requires Windows XP, Vista, 7,8, 8.1 and 10 and MS PowerPoint (2003, 07, 10, 13)

Once uploaded the video on Presentation tube platform, it can be shared  and can control the privacy level too.One can share the video in any webpage or in a blog.

The video output format of Presentation tube is ASF ( Advanced System Format). If you buy a pro version ( around $11) you can save video in standard WMV format and can upload directly to YouTube channel.

I am sure there will be some software available to convert your ASF format video to regular standard video formats...have to do some research, will do and post soon.
