If your company is using e-learning, how is it doing?
Yes, our company has been using many a e-learning program for honing skills on various subjects and instrumental in imparting knowledge. Also company is leveraging this technology to educate its associates on company’s policies and procedures such as courses on code of conduct.
How useful it is? I mean is it beneficial as learning can be done from anywhere and at any time ( mostly on any platform). ( Flexibility)
